We run two shops: 1. SA Shop – for delivery inside South Africa, paid in Rand via PayFast 2. International Shop – for US / UK / EU, paid in USD and fulfilled on-demand
SOUTH AFRICA – SHIPPING
- Processing: 1-3 working days after payment clears in PayFast.
- Delivery: 2-5 working days nationwide. Outlying / rural areas can take 5-7 working days.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and area.
- You’ll get tracking by email/SMS once your parcel is booked.
- We use reputable local couriers like The Courier Guy / PUDO / PostNet.
INTERNATIONAL – SHIPPING
- International orders are printed on-demand in the US / EU and shipped from the closest facility. This keeps shipping faster and avoids SA postage costs.
- Estimated delivery:
- USA: 3-7 business days
- UK / EU: 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: 7-14 business days
- Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout in USD.
- Any customs duties / import VAT for your country are for the buyer’s account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because most apparel is made-to-order, our policy is different for faulty vs change-of-mind:
- Faulty, damaged, wrong item or misprint: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number + photo. We will replace or refund, including return shipping.
- SA change-of-mind (correct item, just wrong size): Contact us within 30 days. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on. You pay return courier, we send the new size once we receive it.
- International change-of-mind: Print-on-demand items cannot be restocked, so we cannot offer size exchanges for change-of-mind. If the size chart was wrong or the print is faulty, we will replace it.

SA refunds go back via PayFast to the original payment method in 5-10 working days. International refunds go via Stripe / Fourthwall in 5-10 business days.
